The Stabilisers Raising Control Device (SLSS) is utilised to show the state of the crane/truck stabilisers with LED lights. It has 8 inputs to be connected to normally closed contacts of microswitches and/or pressure switches. LED lights are coupled to each input. It has too a relay output with normally open contact. A dedicated LED shows the circuit failure, i.e. connection to ground of one or more inputs. 12V and 24V versions available.
Working
Two wires for each microswitch (or pressure switch) arrive to the SLSS device: mount the microswitches so tahat they could signal the complete outcoming and placing of stabilisers. Each high efficiency LED lights, visible at full sunshine, can be seen on truck picture placed under the transparent device box cover. Each LED light switches off when the contact is closed. The LED light is on when a stabiliser has not properly come out or is not placed. When all the eight input contacts are closed (LED lights off), i.e. the truck is correctly stabilised, the normally open relay contact closes and the ready LED lights on.
