DESA-F Control Device is a control unit which allows a continuous stabilisers monitoring. The Control Box turns on bypass output only when all stabilisers are extended and leaned.
Moreover DESA-F processes other auxiliary inputs (safety micro switch, emergency push button, etc.) that must be active to turn on bypass output.
Working Specifications

LED's on front panel are on when the respective stabiliser is not on correct position (when micro switch is opened. Bypass output can be on (in platform mode) only when all stabilzers LED's are off. When ther is a fault on a stabiliser circuit the respective stabiliser LED blinks.

OK1 LED on, indicates thar all stabilisers are extended and leaned.
OK2 LED on, indicates that bypass output is on.

DESA-F control device has an aluminium box and the connector is included.

DESA-F has 4 power outputs (all fuse protected):

  • Primary crane mode output (positive): directly from key selector switch, is on when key selector is on crane mode position. Key selector switch is a direct opening action contact. In this way you can work on passive security, because in case of false contact you come back on more safe mode (platform mode).
  • Platform mode output: is on when key selector is on platform mode position (MOSFET output).
  • Secondary crane mode output: is on when key selector is on crane mode position (MOSFET output).
  • Bypass output (positive): is on when all requested conditions are verified (MOFSET output).
